Our Medical Sales Representatives get to work firsthand with surgeons in the operating room, consulting on the safe and effective use of Arthrex implants and instruments. We have a dedicated Medical Education Team that works in conjunction with Arthrex Corporate to train and develop employees through hands-on trainings and courses. This includes completing a comprehensive initial onboarding training program on anatomy, biomechanics, surgical techniques, intraoperative program solving, product design, and surgical outcome data collection.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Device Capital Associate Sales and Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing superior service and support to our customers in the medical device capital service and sales industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical devices, technology, and problem-solving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support for medical devices and capital
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices and capital equipment
- Prepare and present sales presentations to potential customers
- Provide product training and instruction for customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor and update customer accounts
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues

Job requirements
Knowledge
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as they specifically relate to Arthrex is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy, and indications as it relates to surgeries and procedures.
Education & Experience
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in medical device capital service and sales
- Proficient in Excel
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods of time.
